Return Policy

At Reine Godard, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every formula is thoughtfully designed with premium ingredients to ensure an exceptional experience.

Due to the nature of our beauty and skincare products, all sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Issues & Damaged Products

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items immediately. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a resolution. After this period, replacements or refunds will no longer be available.

To request a replacement for a damaged item, please provide:

Original packing slip

Photos of the damaged item in its original packaging

Photos of the packing slip and shipping box

Submit all required documentation to info@reinegodard.com for review.

Shipping & Liability

Once an order leaves our warehouse, Reine Godard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

For added security, we offer a Signature Required shipping option at checkout.

We reserve the right to limit refunds or replacements based on eligibility. Reine Godard is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Processing & Shipping

Made-to-order products require 7 business days for production before shipping.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM on Fridays will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Mondays.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend by 3-7 business days.
